Shipping and returns

All pieces are handmade to order unless stated otherwise. Please allow 7- 10 working days before dispatch. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Tracked UK and Worldwide shipping available. Shipping costs update automatically at checkout once your delivery address has been entered. International shipping shown before address entry is a default estimate only.

UK Shipping

UK orders are sent using tracked delivery where possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries. Delivery times will vary depending on location and customs processing.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges applied by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Packaging

All stained glass pieces are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive safely and securely.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the item and packaging so I cna help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items arrives damaged or incorrect.

Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once and order has been dispatched, delivery delays caused by postal services or customs are outside my control. Tracking information will be provided where available.
